Everest Pani Puri Masala 100 g (Spice blend for fried savories)
3 simple steps to yummy Pani Puri:
To prepare the pain for 100 puris, add 2 tablespoons of Everest Pani Puri Masala in 1½ liters of water and stir.
Add salt, mint leaves paste, green chilies, and lime to taste. For added taste use Everest Dry Mango Powder.
Chill, strain, and serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled Bengal Gram, or soaked salted boondi as fillers in the puris.
Ingredients: Rock Salt, Dried Mango, Cumin, Chili, Black Salt, Dried Ginger, Tamarind, and Citric Acid.
